『Work Flow 』

• You require a quotation for a translation, interpretation or localization work by phone or email and send us any related documents;
• Our project managers discuss all details with you and process your request as soon as possible: they carry out the word count or file conversions in order to provide you with the specific price and delivery time. If an interpreter is needed, they will discuss the venue and required timeframe;
• You confirm acceptance of the quotation so that the project managers can organize the work flow;
• If possible, you send us any reference materials to ensure the consistency of translation and interpretation;
• The translators, who are chosen for their expertise, qualifications and native tongue, commence work. Interpreters will be present at your event and will ensure smooth communication in a foreign language;
• The final translations are proof-checked in-house for lay-out or omissions.
• The translation is delivered back to you in the specified format;
• Our project managers are on hand after the completion of each project, as well as throughout the project, to help you with any linguistic or organizational queries;
• Our project managers communicate often with you to make sure you are being informed throughout the process and to solve any queries you might have;
